About Probity Partners


How did Probity Partners come about?

Probity Partners was set up in Brisbane by Jarrod Sweetman - a qualified Icon Business Advisor. As an Advisor, Jarrod was continually identifying Business Services that his clients needed (from Accountants to Web Designers) and tried his best to refer them to Providers he could trust. However, he realised that a lot of the Providers that he referred did not always deliver what the customer needed. Common issues are:

  • Didn't listen to the client and provide what they really needed
  • Didn't communicate well and often left the client in the dark
  • Focussed more on making money, rather then helping the client
  • Didn't work in with other Providers to give a complete solution eg. Bookkeeper with the Accountant, Computer Support with the Website Designer, etc

These frustrations (his and his clients), led him to set up Probity Partners to provide all the Business Services a Small Business would require and to ensure that the customer gets what they need.

How does Probity Partners do this?

Probity Partners is a mix of Company Owned and Alliance Businesses that offer most Business Services (if we get asked for a Service we don't have, than we will find it). We charge these Businesses a commission in return for finding and looking after their clients. This allows them to be focussed on providing the level of service you need.
