| We guarantee that our Service Partner will provide the service that they promised. If at any stage you are unhappy with the service you are getting, just let us know and we will fix it. This involves us finding out what your concerns are and then discussing these with the Partner involved. If we can't get the Partner to fix it, we will find someone else. At all times, our focus is on providing you with what you required. We do not promnise to refund your money if you are unhappy, as we just see this as a cop out where you are still left without the Service you required. Instead we will keep working together with you until we find an acceptable outcome. |
